About Fimple

Fimple is a fintech startup offering modular core banking solutions to banks, with a focus on mid-tier, digital banks, participation banks, fintechs, and non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs).
Our product suite also includes Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and front-end digital channels.
We are expanding our presence in Türkiye and are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to lead our growth in the local market.

Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing Fimple’s sales strategy in Türkiye, with a strong focus on banks, fintech companies, and financial institutions.
This role will drive business growth by building strategic relationships within the Turkish financial ecosystem and ensuring successful adoption of Fimple’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Türkiye to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Identify and engage target clients aligned with Fimple’s ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Build a strong pipeline across banks, fintechs, and financial institutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle using HubSpot
  • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Monitor local market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity
  • Build and scale the local sales capability as the business grows
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in fintech, banking, or SaaS sales in Türkiye
  • Strong understanding of the Turkish banking and fintech ecosystem
  • Experience selling complex solutions (core banking, BaaS, digital banking platforms)
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales models and long sales cycles
  • Strong network within banks, fintechs, and financial institutions
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Experience in scaling sales operations or GTM functions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
