We are looking for a Technical Solution Analyst to join our Fimple Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues in banking applications, ensuring smooth operations for our clients. Instead of full-time coding, your focus will be on troubleshooting, error analysis, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues within banking applications
- Read and interpret code to identify error sources
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage the resolution process
- Collaborate with technical teams to drive solutions
- Stay curious and open to learning new technologies and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Programming, or a related field
- Ability to read and understand code to identify and analyze issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience or interest in error analysis and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Knowledge of banking business processes and systems is an advantage
- Open to both experienced and entry-level candidates
