We are looking for a Support Engineer (L2) – Core Banking Support who is passionate about technical problem-solving, database management, and system performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have banking experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and customers to ensure seamless operations.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- 2-4 years of experience in banking, financial technology, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries, database structures, and data analysis.
- Interest and experience in table design and data modeling.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and problem-solving under stress.
