We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the architectural vision, integration strategy, and technical alignment of our platform and solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, supporting both product delivery and technical presales activities. You will play a critical role in shaping scalable, secure, and composable architectures while ensuring seamless integration with client ecosystems.
What Will the Right Person Look Like?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development/architecture, with proven experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles
- Strong background in financial services or fintech ecosystems
- Solid expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and integration patterns
- Experience with .NET Core (or similar backend technologies) and relational databases
- Hands-on experience in integration design, system interoperability, and API-led connectivity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing engagements
- Experience supporting technical presales, including solutioning, RFP responses, and client workshops
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience in agile environments with iterative delivery
What Will You Be Doing?
- Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Fimple’s platform and products
- Lead topology review, design and clarification activities across projects and client engagements
- Drive integration clarification and development, ensuring seamless connectivity with external systems, partners, and client infrastructures
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support technical presales activities, including client presentations, architecture discussions, and solution proposals
- Produce high-level and low-level architecture designs, including system diagrams and data flows
- Guide development teams with architectural best practices, perform design reviews, and ensure alignment with standards
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and regulatory requirements
- Act as a technical advisor to both internal teams and clients during implementation and onboarding
- Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies, providing proactive mitigation strategies
- Contribute to Fimple’s vision of building composable, API-first financial technology
