What is new in v1.36
Payments
SWIFT gpi Stop and Recall
Operations teams can recall a completed outgoing transfer over the SWIFT gpi Tracker and follow the outcome of the request. Incoming recall requests are matched to the original transfer automatically and returned once approved, which takes manual matching out of the recall process.
Product rules
Explainable rule engine
Every rule engine result now shows which rule step produced each value, so product, risk and audit teams can see why a decision came out the way it did. Conditions can also compare two parameters directly.
Digital channels
Native mobile onboarding and KYC
Identity verification is built into the Fimple mobile app on iOS and Android, so new customers can onboard and complete KYC inside the app.
Islamic finance
Islamic finance rebates
A rebate percentage is set once at product level and applied automatically at payoff, so the same rule is used on every financing contract built on that product.
