We are pleased to share the appointment of Mustafa Güneş as the new Country Manager of Fimple Türkiye. This strategic move reflects our continued commitment to strengthening our local presence and supporting the growth of financial institutions across the region.
Having served as Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Fimple for the past 2.5 years, Mustafa has played a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and leading the development of our composable and API-native banking platform. In his new position, he will be responsible for overseeing operations in Türkiye, expanding our client base, enhancing service delivery, and deepening strategic collaborations.
Today, Fimple serves 13 financial institutions in Türkiye, including Hedef Yatırım Bankası, Q Yatırım Bankası, Dünya Katılım, and Aytemiz Yatırım Bankası. Under Mustafa’s leadership, we look forward to driving further growth and delivering tailored, next-generation core banking solutions to the Turkish financial ecosystem.
About Mustafa Güneş
Mr. Güneş has been serving as Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Fimple for the past 2.5 years, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s product strategy and leading its product development teams.
Prior to joining Fimple, he held the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Bank of Baku, where he led the bank’s digital transformation initiatives. He began his career in 2000 at Kentbank, followed by nearly a decade at Ziraat Teknoloji, where he managed application infrastructure teams and contributed to large-scale banking transformation projects. In 2011, he joined VakıfBank as Head of Application Development, playing a leading role in the redesign and implementation of the bank’s technology infrastructure.
Mr. Güneş holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Ege University, an MBA, and a Master’s degree in Cinema.
