We are seeking an experienced Loan Product Owner to join our team. As a Loan Product Owner, you will be the pivotal link between our development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that our systems for Loans meet both market demands and our high standards of innovation and usability. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our products, translating complex business requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, specifically in Loans
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage processes and the product team related to Loans
- Work closely with other product development teams to ensure products are designed and developed in line with market needs.
- Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the Loan product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and product strategy.
- Track product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure Loan products comply with relevant banking regulations and industry practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions.
