We are looking for an Integration Developer to join our integration team, focusing on external integrations for banks and financial institutions. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining mission-critical integrations across a wide range of domains, including: Customer, Core Banking, Loan, Money Transfers (SWIFT, SEPA, or local providers), Sanctions, Fraud, AML, KYC, KYB, Regulatory Reporting, Credit Decisioning, and Credit Risk.
What will the right person look like?
- 3+ years of experience in software development and system integrations, preferably in banking or financial technology.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, .NET Core, C#, and SQL.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-based deployment.
- Hands-on experience with financial system integrations (e.g., AML, KYC, Core Banking, Loans, Money Transfers).
- Strong skills in database design, optimization, and writing complex SQL queries.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for performance optimization and secure data exchange.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and banking stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and maintain external integrations to ensure seamless data flow between core banking systems, customers, loans, payments, and external providers.
- Design and implement scalable APIs to connect core banking with services such as SWIFT/SEPA rails, sanctions screening, fraud monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and infrastructure teams to enhance system architecture.
- Ensure all integration processes meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
