Who is Dr. İhsan Uğur Delikanlı?
İhsan Uğur Delikanlı was born in 1968 and graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1991. He received an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Exeter, UK and a master’s degree in Economic Theory from Gazi University Institute of Social Sciences. Dr. Delikanlı also holds a PhD degree in Accounting and Finance from Başkent University Institute of Social Sciences for his studies on credit derivatives. With over 30 years of professional experience, he has held senior positions in organizations such as Aktif Bank, BRSA and Black Sea Trade and Development Bank.
