 (“Fimple”) provides various services to its users in electronic environment by prioritizing privacy and security regarding user information. These electronic media include the website www.fimple.co.uk and support.fimple.co.uk and all kinds of remote access to Fimple services through the mobile applications of our business partners. Fimple undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the information it has obtained regarding users in a manner that respects personal rights and within the framework of this “Privacy Policy”.

1. Fimple takes the necessary security measures on information systems in accordance with the relevant legislation, in order to prevent any unauthorized access to this information.

Such messages may only be sent to those who have authorized commercial messages.
7. In case of personal data processing, Fimple will inform the relevant users as soon as possible, as stipulated in the legislation, in the event that the processed personal data is obtained by malicious and unauthorized persons.
8. Some of the Fimple electronic service environments may, from time to time, provide links to some electronic environments such as third-party websites. The commitments and principles contained in this Privacy Policy are only valid for electronic service channels of Fimple and do not cover other third-party environments. Other electronic media to be accessed via the link may have different and unique privacy assurance and terms of use, and these terms may provide a lower level of security than those provided by Fimple. Accordingly, Fimple cannot be held responsible from any material/moral damages and losses that may occur as a result of the use of information, ethical principles, confidentiality principles, quality and service quality of third-party electronic media that are passed for advertisement, banner, content purposes or any other purpose in our electronic service channels.
