From university to Fimple, from internship to career
Fimple builds an AI-native, API-first, composable financial platform for banks, participation banks, non-bank financial institutions and fintechs. Fimple Campus is how we bring the next generation of fintech professionals into that work.
This is not a conventional internship. Fimple Campus is a one to two year development and career journey. We bring young talent into financial technology, support and track their progress closely, and aim for every participant who completes the programme to continue as a member of the Fimple team.
Who we are looking for
- Students currently in their third or fourth year of university
- Studying Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science or a related field
- English at B2 level or above, ideally evidenced by YDS 70+, TOEFL iBT 72+ or Duolingo English Test 105+
- A strong interest in technology, data analytics, software and the fintech world
- Eager to learn, take responsibility and contribute to real projects
- Looking to build a long-term career at Fimple

On-the-job learning
Learn the fintech world through real projects, supported by the knowledge and experience of Fimple's most experienced professionals.
Part of a product team
Work alongside Fimple product teams and gain first-hand experience of how our products are designed, built and released.
Financial technology training
Alongside your technical skills, build a working understanding of banking, finance and fintech through structured training and day-to-day exposure.
Quarterly performance reviews
Your progress is tracked throughout the programme. At the end of every three month period, your performance, competencies and development areas are reviewed with you.

Our goal for participants who complete the programme and keep growing is clear: continue your career at Fimple and become part of the Fimple team.
Five roles to grow into
DevOps Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Software Developer or Business Analyst. You will work directly within Fimple teams and contribute to real projects from day one.
