We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead international core banking and microfinance implementation projects. In this role, you will ensure seamless project execution, collaborating with global clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a focus on core banking systems or financial technology.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and ability to deliver tailored solutions. Proven track record of leading and managing international core banking and microfinance implementation projects.Experience with full project life cycle management from initiation to deployment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple international projects effectively.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams and clients.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with international teams and managing projects across multiple countries.
- Understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt project management practices accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days from home.
- Proven experience in maintaining productivity and communication in remote and in-office settings.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) to ensure seamless project management and team coordination.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of core banking and microfinance solutions for international clients.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Identify and address risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment at every stage.
