What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Experience in banking, specifically in Loan with 3+ years of experience in this area.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS or React.
- Proficiency in backend frameworks such as .NET Core
- Experience with database technologies such as MSSQL or Postgres
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
- Design client-side and server-side architecture.
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
- Write effective APIs.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
- Write technical documentation.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for backend code and systems.
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
