We are seeking highly motivated, analytical, quick learner junior analysts for all banking domains. We are looking for someone with a hard working attitude who wants to get expertise quickly, result oriented, disciplined, strong problem-solving ability candidates. Proficiency in English is essential, as you will collaborate with teams and clients globally.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
- No work experience is required.
- SQL language knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Work very closely with Product Owners or Senior Business Analysts to get domain knowledge quickly.
- Help product owners to design new functionality and requirements.
- Do technical designs and testing activities. Create documentations, release notes.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand the requirements much more clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliverables in projects.
There will be a hands-on testing and interview process for candidates to analyze their technical capabilities about SQL and problem solving.
