We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Banking, with a specific focus on Card. As an SME in this area, you will provide invaluable expertise and insights into card operations, including credit and debit card services, and payment systems. We’re seeking an individual who possesses a profound understanding of card-based financial processes, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a successful track record in the banking sector. 

What Will The Right Person Look Like?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Banking, with a strong focus on Card operations.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in card processes, payment systems, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Act as the primary expert in Banking, with a specific focus on Card operations.
  • Offer high-level insights and advice on card and payment system-related issues to both the team and clients.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to outline goals and outcomes for projects centered around card operations.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to remain abreast of the latest trends and regulations in the card sector.
  • Create and conduct training sessions and materials to educate team members about card operations and practices.
  • Engage in client meetings and workshops, providing expert opinions on card-related subjects.
