We are seeking QC head who will responsiable to drive transformative changes within the Consumer Banking Development Quality control team. The QC head will be responsible for developing and executing the QC strategy, leadership of the QC organization in implementing and leading the automation and manual frameworks for integration, functional, regression, and system tests, guarantee the highest quality standards of all software releases,  The ideal candidate should have a proven and strong background in banking doian with excellent communication nad presentation skills,

What Will The Right Person Look Like?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven 10+ years of test engineering experience with both Manual and Test Automation experience in banking domain is a must
  • Proven knowledge across functional, system, integration, API testing, end to end testing, automation testing and performance testing. 
  • Ownening project level test strategies / test plans that includes approach for technical testing (test automation & non-functional testing) components.
  • Experience with Agile development and Scrum/Kanban processes, or an alternative SDLC management process.
  • Experience in preparing all QC related processes, documentations and owning the process end to end.
  • Experience in preparing written documentations and providing support to the customers.
  • Experience in test automation tools like selenium, playwright, API testing tools.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, apply judgment, maintain stable performance under stress, and demonstrate flexibility in an evolving work environment.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Define the QC strategy to expand the use of automation and manual testing frameworks, security/ vulnerability testing and improvements. Develop an executable roadmap with milestone deliverables
  • Define and implement quality standards and procedures across the organization, aligning with industry regulations and customer expectations.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to assess product quality, including functional, performance, usability, and regression testing.
  • Identify, track, and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams.
  • Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential quality, process or staffing issues
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and improvement recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize testing processes and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with business units and product development teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate quality improvements based on user experience. Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the overall end-user requirements and ensure the creation of comprehensive test cases.
  • Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies automation tools, integration of automation test suites within automated pipelines, and code coverage platforms. Preferred experience with Testing Automation or similar for web and mobile applications, APIs, and test data creation, and Sealights, SonarQube or similar for code coverage analysis…
  • Supporting QC team members to create web-test automations.
  • Helping frontend developers to prepare web-test automations.
  • Owning and maintaining usage of QC related tools like selenium, playwright, API testing etc.
